1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Sigma Networks. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sigma Networks website located at www.sigmanetworks.com (the “Site”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sigma Networks, LLC (“Sigma Networks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Site, requesting a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
Note: These Terms govern use of our website. Separate service agreements govern the delivery of managed IT, cybersecurity, and related professional services.
2. About Sigma Networks
Sigma Networks is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) serving businesses in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and nationwide. We provide managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, VoIP communications, network infrastructure, and strategic technology consulting.
Our services are designed for business clients. Use of this Site and our services is intended for business professionals, not consumers in a personal capacity.
3. Use of the Site

You may use our Site to learn about our services, request consultations, submit support tickets, access billing, and contact our team. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Service Inquiries and Consultations
Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, or scheduling a call through our Site does not create a binding service agreement. Any engagement of Sigma Networks services is subject to a separate written service agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIGMA NETWORKS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

12. Modifications to Terms
