1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes standards for the acceptable use of Sigma Networks’ website (www.sigmanetworks.com), communication channels, and any technology resources or infrastructure provided by Sigma Networks, LLC (“Sigma Networks”) in connection with its managed IT and cybersecurity services.

This AUP applies to all website visitors, clients, prospective clients, referral partners, and anyone who interacts with Sigma Networks’ digital resources. Violations of this AUP may result in suspension of access, termination of service agreements, and legal action where applicable.

As a managed cybersecurity provider, Sigma Networks maintains a zero-tolerance posture toward malicious use of technology. We expect all users to uphold the same standard.

2. Authorized Use

Sigma Networks’ website and digital resources are provided for:

• Researching managed IT and cybersecurity services for your business
• Submitting support tickets and communicating with our technical team
• Accessing your billing portal and making payments
• Participating in the Referral Partner Program
• Accessing educational content, blog posts, and IT resources
• Scheduling consultations and contacting our sales team

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1 Security Violations

You may not:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any connected system
• Attempt to breach authentication or security measures without authorization
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Introduce ransomware, spyware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious code
• Intercept, monitor, or modify communications without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site

3.2 Unlawful and Harmful Activity

You may not use the Site or resources to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation

3.3 Misrepresentation

You may not:

• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority
• Impersonate Sigma Networks, its employees, partners, or clients
• Submit false or misleading information via contact forms, support tickets, or billing systems

3.4 System Integrity

You may not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Site without written consent
• Overload Site infrastructure through excessive automated requests
• Attempt to circumvent any technical or operational security controls
• Access areas of the Site not intended for public access

4. Client-Specific Use Standards

Clients who access Sigma Networks’ client portals, billing systems, support ticket platforms, or managed infrastructure agree to:

• Use such access solely for managing their own accounts and services
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and promptly report any unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable terms in their Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work
• Refrain from sharing access credentials with unauthorized personnel
• Immediately report any suspected security incidents or system anomalies to Sigma Networks

Sigma Networks operates under a security-first principle. Client environments managed by Sigma Networks are subject to additional security policies and procedures outlined in the relevant service agreement.

5. Referral Partner Standards

Participants in the Sigma Networks Referral Partner Program agree to:

• Represent Sigma Networks’ services accurately and professionally
• Refrain from making unauthorized commitments or guarantees on behalf of Sigma Networks
• Comply with all applicable laws governing referrals, commissions, and marketing
• Not engage in deceptive marketing practices when promoting Sigma Networks

6. Reporting Violations

If you observe conduct that violates this AUP, or if you discover a security vulnerability in our Site or systems, please report it responsibly:

7. Enforcement

Sigma Networks reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. In response to a violation, we may:

• Remove offending content or block access to the Site
• Suspend or terminate a user’s access to our Site or services
• Notify and cooperate with law enforcement authorities
• Pursue legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages

We may monitor Site usage to detect violations of this AUP, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of Sigma Networks’ Terms of Service. It supplements, and does not replace, any service agreement, MSA, or additional policies applicable to clients. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and a client’s service agreement, the service agreement shall govern.

9. Modifications

Sigma Networks may revise this AUP at any time. Updates will be posted to www.sigmanetworks.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
